Papa J's Pizzeria: Your New Favorite Pizza Destination in Lake Ann

There are no words to describe how incredibly DELICIOUS this pizza was!! Got it delivered to a nearby Airbnb and it arrived as if it was made just a few minutes ago. It was warm and crispy and all the cheese was perfectly melted. Ugh, I’m so sad I don’t live by the area so I can keep ordering from this place.

I love the pizza, the sandwiches, and the cheese bread. Pretty consistent, fair price for what you get. Everything is hand made/sliced/prepped by the kitchen staff, and the staff are always great. Love this place

The pizza here is dangerously good. Ordered one large came to me hot, cheesy and full of toppings. It was tough having self control not finishing the whole thing!

I haven’t had the opportunity to sit in and dine, but the take out is always a good experience and the food is delicious. They have some great decor and it is a very welcoming family-friendly place.

Was in town for the weekend for a bachelor party. There are four pictures posted with the review because we went back twice in that single weekend. The guys wanted pizza so we picked the closest spot and oh man did we pick a winner! We ordered a couple pizzas and went to pick them up to eat back at our cabin. When we got back and opened them up, they were still steaming, cheese was melty, crust was crispy and had a nice crunch, everything you want in a pizza! I, myself, ordered a club wrap and it blew me out of my shoes. It was loaded with flavor. The side of cole slaw was probably some of the best cole slaw I've had... and from a pizzeria!? What a surprise! We were so impressed, we went back the next day for more! I can't speak on anyone else's order the second time around (they all enjoyed their food), but I got the cheeseburger deluxe with an extra patty. The burger was very impressive. The meat was cooked to order with thick juicy patties. Fries were okay, a little over cooked but it wouldn't stop me from coming back a third time. There was only one person working, a younger kid... we were a large group and he handled it like a pro. He took our order, we didn't wait very long and he was bringing out all of our food. He knocked it out of the park. That quality of service deserves a raise! Definitely would return.

Honestly, we were a bit skeptical on arrival, but the friendly staff and food proved us wrong. Simply great pizza. You won’t regret stopping.

Absolutely the best French fries I've had. I got a bacon cheese burger, husband got the jalapeno burger and little Mr got the pepperoni pizza kids meal and all were delicious. It took a bit to get our food, but not a ridiculously long time. The kids meal comes with ice cream at the end so that was a fun surprise. It did seem more expensive than I anticipated ($27 for the 3 meals and 2 sm drinks...) But it was a cross between a sit down restaurant and a fast food place. You order at the counter from a handheld menu, but they bring the food to your table and clear the table for you at the end.

Love the pizza my wife and I drove 4 hours up here just for their pizza and cheese bread, and the new renovations look great.
